I completed the second class for cake decoarting, and learned many new tricks! We learned how to make flowers out of royal icing. It is much different than buttercream icing. With royal icing, it hardens and you can save the flowers for months before you put them on a cake. We made the flowers throughout the class and then the final class we learned the basketweave and then pleaced our flowers on the cake! Here are some pictures!
