SHE & HIM: Snowmelt

For my family Christmas gathering, I signed up to bring cake truffles, so the Hubs and I planned to work together!  I decided to make snowman heads that look like they are melting.  We made a basic cake truffle and used white chocolate melts for the coating.  The hats were made with one half of an Oreo and a mini Oreo.  The nose was an orange TicTac, and the eyes and mouth were made with black icing.  We made them while in Greensboro so we got Andy's sister Jamie in on the action- she took the cream off of the Oreos, I dipped the cake truffles in the chocolate, Andy put the hats and noses on, then I did the eyes and mouths when the chocolate had hardened!
