If any of you know my husband, you know that he usually freaks out about things....
My husband is freaking out about proteins right now. You see, we are going to start P90X on monday. According to his nutrition plan, he needs 7 proteins a day. He is finding this unbelievably high and can't figure out how to fit 7 proteins into a day. He has no problem with the one fruit- he eats a banana every day. He has no problem with the dairy- who doesn't love milk? He may run into some issues with the four vegetables a day, but with me always trying to convince him to eat a veggie with every meal, this shouldn't be an issue. BUT THE PROTEINS......
