On Monday, Andy and I are going to start P90X as mentioned in the previous post. Tonight, as dinner is in the oven, we decided to sit down and watch the first DVD to see what we are getting ourselves into. All I have to say is WOAH.....
they weren't kidding when they said it would be hard.
