P90X Week 2

So the measurements for week 2 are:

Lost 2 more pounds and lost and inch in my waist a d half an inch in my hips.

So this totals to losing 4 pounds, 2 inches in my hips and 1.5 inches in my waist.

For Andy, we don't have numbers, but he put his jeans on saturday morning and they looked so big on him.  The rear was saggy the waist was hanging on his hips.  He can now pull his belt past the last hole (which he says he hasnt been able to do in a long time)

Week 3 begins a little rough for me.  I started cold like symptoms saturday night and my nose is draining into the back of my throat.  I have a tendency to allow sickness to be an excuse to not do anything..... so all day so far I have been pushing myself to look forward to chest and back ( and then AB ripper X) today instead already thinking I can't.
